A healthcare-focused international organization operating across the UAE and EU relied on a workflow of exporting hundreds of CSV files, manually consolidating them in Excel, and ingesting them into a monolithic Power BI model. SiriusOne was approached to replace these manual pipelines with a scalable, secure Azure-based Data Warehouse, establishing a single source of truth across regions and enabling daily refresh cycles instead of monthly.
Business Problem
