We integrated our AI-powered loan application bot seamlessly into the online banking platform using a hybrid approach that leverages both on-premises infrastructure and AWS services. AI Chatbot Implementation: Our solution utilizes a combination of on-premise hosted LLM models, which are fine-tuned for specific customer use cases, and AWS services. The sophisticated chatbot serves as the core component of the solution, intelligently interacting with users, retrieving, and pre-filling client information in the online application form, as well as providing personalized loan recommendations based on user input. On-Premises and AWS Hybrid Solution: To ensure data privacy and security, sensitive customer data and initial AI processing are handled on-premises. This prevents the need to share sensitive data for training purposes, maintaining confidentiality. For scalability and advanced functionality, we integrated AWS services such as Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect. This hybrid approach ensures powerful AI-driven functionality while adhering to strict data privacy standards. Automated Data Retrieval: When users click on the 'Apply for loan' button, the AI bot retrieves and pre-fills all available client information in the online application form, eliminating the need for manual data entry. This process is securely managed using on-premise resources. Intelligent Assistance: The AI bot interacts with users, prompting them to input the desired loan amount and duration period. Based on this information and the client's financial profile, the bot, utilizing both on-premises and AWS capabilities, suggests the best loan options tailored to their needs. Effortless Submission: Once the client finds the best deal, they simply instruct the AI bot to submit the loan application on their behalf. The submission process, supported by AWS services, ensures a smooth and efficient user experience while maintaining the necessary data security protocols through on-premise handling of sensitive information.
