We integrated our AI-powered loan application bot seamlessly into the online banking platform using a hybrid approach that leverages both on-premises infrastructure and AWS services. AI Chatbot Implementation: Our solution utilizes a combination of on-premise hosted LLM models, which are fine-tuned for specific customer use cases, and AWS services. Automated Data Retrieval: When users click on the 'Apply for loan' button, the AI bot retrieves and pre-fills all available client information in the online application form, eliminating the need for manual data entry. Based on this information and the client's financial profile, the bot, utilizing both on-premises and AWS capabilities, suggests the best loan options tailored to their needs.
